To close a club, you can have everyone leave the club (option on Main Menu) to remove themselves and receive their payout. Or, contact us to close the club once all funds are withdrawn.
If you want the club balance in a lump sum, follow these steps:
- Pause the club (Manage Club screen) to stop subscription payments and email notifications.
- Propose a withdrawal for the club balance.
- Wait for all members to approve the withdrawal.
- Then Process the withdrawal (for anyone who hasn’t yet approved it, their share goes to their personal account).
- Then close the club by contacting us or getting everyone to leave the club.
