How do I reset my password?

Why didn’t you reply to my wall post?

We do not generally read your wall posts – they are for you and your club only. We don’t get a notification when you create one as there would be waaay too many! If you need help with something please raise a ticket via the chat bubble (or chat with us if we are online).

We have money in the club but there’s a $0 balance in the betting account. Why?

 This means that the money is in your Kitty account.   The Captain can move the Bet Amount over by doing one of the following: Setting a punter (if one isn’t already) on Manage Members. Hitting the Reload Betting Account button on Manage Club.

Can I contact GRSbet about my club?

Generally club enquiries are best to be directed to us at Punt Club.  However, Captain’s (the club creator) can contact GRSbet directly to check bet results, cancel bets or (when permitted) place phone bets. 

How do I update the betting ac balance?

When you change the Bet Amount and hit Save, the balance of the betting account will update immediately. The Captain can change the Bet Amount on the Manage Club page. If it’s a once off, don’t forget to change it back for the next period.

Where are club payouts transferred to?

Why do I have to link a GRSbet account?

Do all members need a GRSbet account?

Yes. All members who participate in the club need to link their own active GRSbet account for ID purposes. Club payouts are made to their personal GRSbet accounts and are required for member’s to receive their funds. The club bets are made in a dedicated club GRSbet account.
