Why didn’t you reply to my wall post?

We have money in the club but there’s a $0 balance in the betting account. Why?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026This means that the money is in your Kitty account. The Captain can move the Bet Amount over by doing one of the following: Setting a punter (if one isn’t already) on Manage Members. Hitting the Reload Betting Account button on Manage Club.
Can I contact GRSbet about my club?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026Generally club enquiries are best to be directed to us at Punt Club. However, Captain’s (the club creator) can contact GRSbet directly to check bet results, cancel bets or (when permitted) place phone bets.
How do I update the betting ac balance?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026When you change the Bet Amount and hit Save, the balance of the betting account will update immediately. The Captain can change the Bet Amount on the Manage Club page. If it’s a once off, don’t forget to change it back for the next period.
Where are club payouts transferred to?

Do all members need a GRSbet account?
