Where do I see how much everyone has paid into the club?

Can we turn off the minimum ROI setting?

Can I remove someone from the club?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026Usually members would remove themselves using the Leave Club option on the Main Menu. If they can’t, the Captain can email Punt Club Support and ask us to do it for them. Keep in mind that this *may* result in a payout for that member.
Why are my members suspended?

Can I bet as another member?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026The club Captain can place bets on behalf of other members as long as that member is active in the club. Hit the Bet Now button and there will be an option to choose the member you want to bet as. Choose the member and hit the CLUB button.
Can I change the contribution for my members?

Why was one of our members missed in the betting round?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026Only members with an Active status will be included in the betting lineup. Check that they aren’t in Suspended or Pending status. You can see and change their status on the Manage Members page
Can I stop a member from betting?

Only members with an Active status are included in the betting so you can set them to Suspended to stop the system giving them the betting seat. *Members can reactivate their status by making a payment into the club.

Can the winnings be paid straight into the kitty?
Last Updated: April 15, 2026No. They must be paid back into the account the bet was placed in (ie the club betting account). They will stay in there until the period ends or there is another reload of the betting account triggered by the Captain.
I set the Bet Amount but it’s not transferring funds.
Last Updated: April 15, 2026Check that you haven’t’ set a $0 deposit and a % Bet Amount. The percentage Bet Amount is calculated against the # members x contributions. If you have a $0 contribution, use a Dollar Bet Amount setting.
